acquisition of
NPP, LLC
The Maschhoffs, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of NPP, LLC’s swine production assets. The transaction was announced Feb. 4, 2011. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The transaction involves approximately 50,000 sows, associated inventory and related market hog production, along with approximately 80 farms throughout Nebraska, northwest Iowa and South Dakota.
