NPP, LLC is a leader in all communities it serves. Not only does the
company remain a leading employer in several rural communities, but supports
the communities in several ways, including donating to each rural fire
department that serves their facilities. The employee donation program
also allowed employees to donate to their community organization of choice.
Testimonials from Past NPP Interns
We were all working towards a common goal and everyone knew their role. The competition within the system keeps the employees motivated to always do better. Learning about herd health and how important biosecurity is to the industry were key parts of my summer.

I learned all phases of the swine industry and how to work as team at NPP. The experience really opened my eyes to the industry. I want to be a pathologist and this experience has really helped to get me on the right track to achieving that personal goal of mine. Overall, it is the little things that make a huge difference.

I really enjoyed working with a group of people who really believed in the system and were willing to equip me with the tools to be successful and competitive. My favorite part of the summer was learning the different management styles and ways to be the most effective. I think this will really help me out in the future.

The part that I enjoyed the most about NPP was that each employee strives to make the company better and works well with one another towards the ultimate goal. I learned a lot about herd health and problem solving. Overall, it was a great summer!
